About us
Point1 Building Systems opened for business as a Kingspan TEK™ Delivery Partner in 2013. Initially based in Burton-on-Trent, the company relocated to Shrewsbury and in 2018 moved in to their own premises in Knights Park, on the Battlefield Enterprise Park in Shrewsbury.
To date, the company has supplied and installed 400+ projects comprising new homes – including several Passivhaus developments, commercial and educational projects across the UK.
Over the years, Point1 Building Systems has experienced significant growth in the Self-Build and Residential building sector. This growth has been instrumental in our company’s ability to take on more projects and deliver exceptional results.
With the introduction of specialist manufacturing equipment in recent years the investment has allowed our point1 team to bring offsite manufacturing processes, in -house. The journey continues and as the business grows and evolves our commitment to excellence and innovation in residential construction remains unwavering.
