Once erected and wrapped, the structure quickly becomes weather-tight, allowing follow-on trades to commence sooner and accelerating the overall construction programme.the TEK system enables a fast-track building process, helping contractors reduce construction time and brings projects to market sooner.
Thinner walls, more floor area
At 142mm or 172mm, Kingspan TEK® panels are significantly slimmer than a masonry equivalent! Our structural insulated panels (SIPS) provide up to 10.5m² more internal floor, meeting the same U -value, resulting in a more saleable floor space per plot and ultimately a better return on investment.
Lightweight construction
Panels weigh a maxim of 24kg/m2 - ideal where ground conditions are poor, foundation depth is restricted or there are loading constraints.

Accepted by NHBC, Building Life Plans, Premier, Build Zone, Homebond and HAPM. BBA Certified (No 02/S029)
Air tightness and heating
Kingspan TEK® buildings can achieve air leakage as low as 0.08 air changes per hour — a level that makes MVHR (mechanical ventilation with heat recovery) not just a good idea but a real opportunity to eliminate conventional heating systems entirely.
Heating loads are so low that radiators are often unnecessary, reducing build cost and running costs for your buyers.

Our team includes fully qualified Appointed Persons who plan and manage lifting operations, ensuring safe and efficient installation.

Our contract Managers are : SMSTS qualified, First Aid trained and experienced in MMC delivery.
